Where can your books be shipped?
Books bought from my site are only available in the US and the UK.
Can I combine hardback and paperback books for one order?
Yes. Open the link in a separate window. After adding one book to your cart, go back to my website and click on the other link and add that book to your cart. It should combine them together, but may take a moment. You might need to refresh your cart.
Why is my cart not updating?
Once a book is added, I couldn’t get the book to remove easily. So if you had a hardback and a paperback in your cart and decided against the paperback, it can’t be removed without clearing your cache and cookies. The quantity can be changed, but the book can’t be entirely deleted with a click of a button. I have contacted the POD company to remedy this issue and see if a delete button can be added next to each item.
Is my order returnable or refundable?
No. Because all products are custom made, they are non-refundable and non-returnable; however, products containing defects will be reprinted or refunded at IngramSpark’s discretion and in accordance with applicable laws. Please submit a request to IngramSpark if you have problems with your order. They handle the orders, I cannot personally refund you.
Shipping questions?
Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method you select at checkout. It usually takes 2-3 business days to process the order, plus whichever shipping method you choose.
What will the charge on my credit card look like?
For orders completed in the US, your credit card statement will show a charge from LIGHTNINGSRC/INGMSPK. Orders produced and shipped within the UK will show a charge from LIGHTNING SOURCE.
